Trideceth-12 is a nonionic surfactant and solubilizer used in cosmetics to help oil and water mix more smoothly. You’ll often see it in cleansers, shampoos, conditioners, and styling products, where it helps spread ingredients evenly, improve texture, and keep formulas stable. It can also support the cleansing or foaming action of a product, though it’s not usually the star ingredient.
