This serum is made to be the most moisturizing. It's great under makeup, under lotion, or all by itself. This is the one to use if you've had a cold, and the skin around your nose is red and flakey- or if you have a tendency to have very "reactive" skin that easily turns pink. It contains: Hydrolyzed Oatmeal extract- it's soothing, and helps to draw moisture from the air to keep skin soft and dewey. Green Tea extract that's loaded with polyphenols to give your skin anti-oxidant protection. It's also a lovely soother.
