Vitaderm Regulating Toner
A balancing alcohol-free formulation ideal for normal/combination skin types to assist in normalising sebaceous secretions without stripping the skin of its natural moisture. Phyto extracts include ylang-ylang, rosemary and witch hazel while magnesium ascorbyl phosphate (m.a.p.), a vitamin c derivative, has been added for its outstanding anti-oxidant properties.
