Philosophy Tónico De Centella Asiática
The centella physiology toner has been created for all those sensitive and fragile skin or that requires extra hydration. The toner has a pH between 5.5 and 6, which is the natural pH of the skin. They do not contain irritating agents such as surfactants, so it is safe to apply directly and leave it on the face.
