Trideceth-6 is a synthetic ingredient from the “ethoxylated alcohol” family, used mostly as an emulsifier and solubilizer in skincare and haircare. In plain terms, it helps oil- and water-based ingredients mix smoothly, so formulas stay stable and feel more elegant on the skin. You’ll often see it in cleansers, lotions, serums, and styling products, where it can also help spread ingredients more evenly.
