A Korean Medicinal Herb that contains the active components Quercetin and Methyl-n-nonyl-ketone. It is claimed to have antioxidant, brightening, soothing and antimicrobial properties and is known to help detoxification. 

This fermented version is usually part of a "Fermentoil", and the valid INCI name should be like this: Pseudozyma Epicola/Soybean Flour/Apricot Kernel Oil/Olive Fruit Oil/Sunflower Seed Oil/Sweet Almond Oil/Saururus Chinensis Extract Ferment Extract Filtrate.
