Olea Europaea Oil Unsaponifiables are the small, non-soap-forming components left behind after olive oil is processed. Instead of being mostly triglycerides like regular olive oil, this fraction contains skin-friendly compounds such as sterols, squalene, and other lipids that help support the feel and function of a formula. In skincare, it’s valued more for its conditioning and barrier-supporting properties than for acting as a simple oil.
