epigallocatechin gallatyl glucoside is the product obtained by the reaction of epigallocatechin gallate and glucose
Descriptif
It's a "bioengineered" version of superstar green tea polyphenol, EGCG (EGCG attached to a glucose molecule). According to the manufacturer, it's a highly water soluble, stabilized and purified form that's easier to formulate but it keeps the great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits of regular EGCG. It's Ecocert approved.
