Hydrogenated Lecithin is a modified form of lecithin, a naturally occurring mix of phospholipids usually sourced from soy, sunflower, or egg. “Hydrogenated” means the fatty components have been made more stable, so the ingredient is less prone to oxidation and often performs more reliably in formulas.
