This pH 5.5 foaming cleanser is geared towards hydrating and calming dry, sensitive skin, but works well on skin of all types. It contains Goat Milk Powder (10% of product, reduces acne, inflammation & redness, contains lactic acid for natural exfoliation), Colloidal Oats (Helps very sensitive and inflamed skin, calms redness), Foaming Rice as a surfactant (what makes something clean your skin), Aloe Vera (Soothes, heals, helps redness), and Quaternized Rice (Helps to maintain/improve your moisture barrier). Skin feels nice and clean after, but also calmed and moisturized.
